1. Download Cheat Engine and Install it.
2. Open Cheat Engine.
3. Click on Select a Process.
4. From the list select the Torrent or Downlaod Manager that you have installed.
4. Click on Enable speed hack and change its value to 0.1
After doing that ..(Only For torrents)
1. Open torrent client you have installed.
3. Press Ctrl+G
2. Change the upload speed to 128 kbps
3. Click on Save and close
Now you have full speed...enjoy
